Leek and goat's cheese rarebit

Leek & Goat's cheese rarebit
Bread
20g unsalted butter
2 leeks,trimmed and shredded
25g plain flour
150ml milk
65g soft goat's cheese

Grill 8 slices bread on both sides.Meanwhile,melt the unsalted butter in a pan and add the leeks and fry for 5 mins.Stir in the flour and then gradually stir in the milk to make a thick sauce.Stir in the goats cheese.Devide between the toast slices and grill for a couple of mins.Serve.
