Gingered beef stir-fry with rice

200g dried basmati rice
low-calorie cooking spray
400g beef frying steaks,thinly sliced
1tbsp gourmet garden garlic blend
1tsp gourmet garden ginger blend
2 onions,thinly sliced
650g ready-prepared stir-fry veg
1tbsp med curry powder
4tbsp dark soy sauce
1tsp gourmet garden hot chilli blend
lime wedges to serve

Cook the rice according to packet instructions.Meanwhile,place a wok or large frying pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray over a high heat.When hot,stir-fry beef for 3-4 mins,or until just cooked throuugh.Transfer to a plate and keep warm.Rinse the wok,wipe dry with kitchen paper and re-spray it with low-calorie cooking spray.Fry garlic,ginger,onions and stir-fry veg for 6-8 mins,or until just beginning to soften.Add curry powder and cook for 1 min.Add chilli and stir-fry for a further min.Drain the rice.Toss the beef throgh the veg and serve with the rice and a wedge of lime.
