Remove the leaves from a green cabbage,brush with oil and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with caaway seeds.Bake in a preheated oven at 110c/90c fan/gas 1/4 for 1 1/2-2 hours,until crisp and golden.Leaves vary in size,so check smaller ones after 45 mins,as they'll cook more quickly.To make a dip for your crisps mix greek yoghurt with the juice and zest of a lemon and chopped fresh parsley.
