Basic BBQ marinade

1 garlic clove,crushed
45ml/3tbsp olive oil
45ml/3tbsp dry sherry
15ml/1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
15ml/1tbsp dark soy sauce
black pepper to season
Used for meat or fish.
